Using herbal tea for sleep rituals
Botanical notes on this page describe culinary, traditional, and commonly discussed wellness uses. They are not medical claims. The Green Ritual products are herbal beverages and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Seek a qualified professional if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or managing a health condition.
A sleep tea search is usually a request for a caffeine-free evening cup and a repeatable off-ramp from the day. Chamomile is the botanic most people recognise. The cup works best as part of a 30–60 minute wind-down, not as a substitute for medical sleep care.
A simple sequence
- Stop extra caffeine in the late afternoon if sleep is the goal.
- Dim lights and park the phone where it is slightly inconvenient.
- Steep Nectar of Night 5–7 minutes in about 90°C water.
- Sip 30–60 minutes before bed; keep honey light so it stays a beverage.
